Why led strip need the waterproof outside?

The led strip has many different grades of waterproof.

Normally, we suggest our customers use IP43 indoor, and IP65 waterproof outside. 

Why need to the waterproof outside? Because it protects the led chip and PCB board during the rainy day.

So if you buy the RGB led strip which uses outside, prefer you buy the waterproof IP65 or IP67 instead.
