What you should do on the technical, material and process requirements when you have to achieve the IP67?

First we need to know what material would be used for the led strip with IP67 waterproof. As we know, it needs with small compenets, and you will know it all with the BOM file.

LED soft strip raw materail: FPC, LED chip, Resistor, Glue, Silicon Rubber Tube, Solder Paster, electronic wire, heat shrinkable sleeve.

LED Rigid Strip: need to add Aluminum PCB and Aluminum Brackets

Supplementary material: Solder Wire, Power supply for testing, ect.

For IP67 waterproof, the Glue and Silicon Rubber Tube and soler paster must be waterproof.

After that, it must be tested in the water below 1 meter, and last for 30 minutes.
