Does your selling product suffer the waterproof problem?

Some of our 2B customers tell us that they buy the led strip, it suffers the waterproof problem sometimes later. 

There are 2 reasons causing this problem.

1. They bought the led strip with IP67 waterproof, and use it in water for a long time.

2. They bought the led strip with IP68 waterproof, but the quality not good, it would be water infiltration causing a short circuit.

Reason 1, IP67 waterproof led strip can't be used in water for a long time, it can be within half an hour or so. It's no problem on a rainy day. If you want to use it in water, must be IP68 waterproof.

Reason 2, quality no good after using a while. Must ask the supplier to double-check and test before sending out the product. If the quality still not good, need to change the raw material or update the production procedure.
